Every underwriter deserves more than the bare minimum amount of information on every risk they write so they can make an informed decision.  My passion for “insuring your success” stems from my own observations serving as a claims adjuster for 16 years.  All to often, I’ve serviced claims and alerted underwriters to risk deficiencies that weren’t properly uncovered up front and it became apparent that there was an unmet need in the industry. An underwriter deserves more than someone that’s going through the motions. They deserve a comprehensive set of factual observations that help them form an accurate picture of the physical property. Underlying exposures should be fully vetted and exposed to the daylight. This serves as Upper Midwest’s primary objective.
